Dr. Sayward Duggan, DDS, MS

Dr. Duggan is a board-certified specialist in periodontology and dental implant surgery at her practice Yorktown Periodontics in Yorktown, Virginia. In 2006, Dr. Duggan graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University. Following graduation, she completed the two-year General Practice Residency program at the University of Virginia, with an emphasis on treating medically compromised and pediatric patients. This training reflects her dedication to provide periodontal and dental implant therapy in a personalized and compassionate manner. In 2011, Dr. Duggan completed her graduate training in periodontics at Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) and certification in Periodontics and Dental Implants. She became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 2012.

Dr. Duggan lives in Yorktown with her husband Andy, and their two sons, Jack, and Charlie. She enjoys traveling, attending her sons’ musical and sporting events, and volunteering at their school.
